Ski & SnowBoard:

Share with and require all participants in your party read and watch the videos detailing Tahoe Tree Well/Deep Snow Danger!
All mountain skis, boots, poles, helmet, snowboard
For optimal results, we recommend renting new gear if your personal equipment is more than 2 years old
Helmets are required
Polypropylene underwear: top and bottom to wick perspiration and keep you warm and dry

Ski socks: thin ones, found at ski shops, worn over top your long underwear without any wrinkles
Fleece turtleneck with neck zipper
Thicker fleece with neck snaps
Goretex or similar ski pants with elastic ankles that hold the pant over your boots
Ski jacket with velcro wrist closures, armpit vents and a foldaway hood, Goretex or similar
Spring days you can remove a layer and use a light Goretex shell instead of parka
TIP: for children, be sure the parka will fit over the gloves and has a velcro closure
